Positive Affirmations for Anxiety

As you all know by now I use positive affirmations every day, they are a great tool to use when you are feeling low, anxious or unmotivated, saying these words to yourself or even writing them down will make you feel more uplifted, and confident and most importantly more in control, I have done so much research on positive affirmations and here are some I have found and used myself to help manage anxiety.
