Overcoming Anxiety Together

Having anxiety can make us feel like we are very much alone in the struggle and nobody else feels this way, this is not the case, and everybody experiences anxiety, it is what keeps us safe and alerts us when there is possible danger around.

However, it is when anxiety starts to take over our lives, control us, make us feel drained and take up a lot of our time, this is when it needs to be addressed and reaching out for help and talking to somebody about this is the first step, I understand this can be extremely difficult and daunting, but I promise you we are in this together.

There are so many of us suffering from this and this is the time for us to come together and start helping each other and overcoming anxiety together, there are several helplines, text services, support groups, and local well-being sessions that are available for you to use if you feel you are struggling.
