mymotivations was created to raise awareness around mental health and provide a source of daily motivation, support, and self-help tips. Our mission is to inspire, uplift, and empower individuals on their own mental health journeys.
The idea for mymotivations began with my personal struggles with mental health, which started when I was 17. Over the years, I found comfort and guidance through blogs, books, and journaling. Now, having learned effective tools and strategies to manage these challenges, I feel ready to share my experiences and support others who may be facing similar obstacles.
My goal is to make mymotivations a safe, welcoming space where people can find understanding, encouragement, and practical help for their mental health. Through blog posts and an engaged community, I aim to offer insights and resources that make a real difference.
I’ve also completed training for mental health volunteering. Mental health is a deeply personal and important topic for me, and I’m committed to supporting and advocating for those who are navigating their own journeys.

mymotivations offers an elite package subscription which comes with a structured mental wellness programme, weekly check-ins every other Monday, progress summary email each month and tracking log/reflection templates. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity for 1:1 mental health coaching sessions with our founder — who holds a degree in Psychology and Counselling.
